Minor Service
Our Minor Servicing is performed according to a 25-point mechanical inspection. After the inspection the client will be called and advised according the inspection. No work will be done without the customers consent. The vehicle undergoes a very strict procedure to ensure that all work is done according to above industry standards. The client can decide if a wash to the vehicle must be added, this includes a thorough clean inside and out. The final check is the Quality Control which is a final 19-point checklist to be verified and signed off.
- Fender covers on fenders & paper mats on floor
- Inspect brake & all warning lights on dash
- All lights functioning OK
- Hooter & wiper operation OK
- Inspect vehicle for scratches/damage.
- Rear window wiper washer level checked
- Front window wiper washer level checked
- Battery & terminals checked
- Hydraulic levels checked
- Inspect fan belts
- Inspect distributor for oil leaks
- Clean distributor cap and rotor
- Oil dust covers on shaft
- Plugs, points & condenser checked
- Air filter checked
- Insp Accelerator pedal for full throttle opening
- Inspect cam belt & tension
- New oil filter tight & wiped
- Sump plug tight & wiped
- New oil on level
- Oil & service decals on
- Old part in boot packed and closed
- Engine bay inspected for loose tools
- Timing &carburetors adjusted
- Road test vehicle
